9.0Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti. Ilmastointilaite oli plussaa helteellä. Sisustus upea ja kaikki tarvittava löytyi keittiöstä päivittäisiin ruokailuihin. Pieni kauppa viereisessä talossa.
− Talon sijainti oli haastava löytää. Ja rappukäytävä oli neuvostoaikaisen oloinen.
