Overall the rooms are ok beside the shortcomings.
6.0Location is easy to find and close to Chinese and Malay eatry. Easy to get parking and less bussy then the other parts of the township.
− Towels needs to be replaced as its has worn out. Washroom needs to be improved on on cleaning, old unused items like soap, tooth brush, shampoo bottle and toothpaste to be disposed of. Flow of water water on the tap is rather low. Toilet's tap is leaking and by overnight the bucket is full. The hallway, shoe racks and the cabinets on the staircase have roaches. Mosquitoes are common in the rooms.
