2.0− Shared bathroom. No idea where to go for check-in. eventually discovered the reception was at the bar. Very cramped space.

− Impossible de dormir la nuit à cause de la musique en bar dessous. Pour monter à la chambre, obligé de passer par le bar. Hôtel mal entretenu, sale, climatisation qui fait trop de bruit, pas de télévision dans la chambre, une très mauvaise connexion wifi, trop cher pour ce type d'hôtel et aussi pour la note donnée, la liste très longue...... Dans la note il faut aussi mettre -1, -2, ... -5

6.0Air conditioning, entertainment at night (it's at the top of the only bar in the town), and it is right in front via rail station. Very calm town.
− No one informed us of the Wi-Fi password, and I rented the room for four people, but there were only two towels. There were no sheets on the bed, just the mattress protector and blankets. Also, there is only one bathroom for the whole floor, which I had no idea of, and the water filter was empty.
Staying in a pub might sound like fun, but not this one, it is less than basic.

− Your page states this is was "deluxe." It was not. There was just a bed, no chair, no TV, radio, or telephone. No chair, no glass, no in room coffee maker. The site said that there would be a shared bathroom, normally this means you share with just one other room. Here you shared with many others. As for the bed, it had a duvet cover, I removed it and in doing so the sheet covering the mattress came off, what I saw made me wear my clothes when I used it. I did not expect luxury, but this place is just barely basic. I have used your services for years now and always been very satisfied. For your reputation I suggest you delist it.

1.0− We arrived after a four hour drive. No check in reception area, we had to go into the bar and ask the bartender who had to call the owner. Went up to our room to find bugs/beetles crawling on the floor along with dead bugs, crusty towels and long hairs in one of the beds. The only bathroom was at the end of the corridor, shower was dingy and had no door or shower curtain. We immediately left and called the manager who was not help. Drove almost another hour to a Hilton.
