Unfortunately, I cannot give an accurate review of what I liked, as we did not have hot water. We were unable to wash our hands, clean the dishes, or take a shower after a long day of hiking.

− The reason I've waited this long to leave a review was because I was giving the rental company time to make this situation right, however they haven't. What didn't I like? The fact that we DID NOT have hot water. The fact that I spent well over 2 hours of my trip trying to troubleshoot the hot water heater trying to get at least warm water so my girlfriend and I could shower. I didn't like the fact that the management company who originally offered a 30% discount, is now not offering a refund. I have the messages saying they'd offer a refund and asking for my Zelle information. Then that was the last I heard from this company. We've both emailed and called numerous times and cannot get in touch with anyone at the management company. We reached out to Booking.com for a refund. They made several attempts to contact this company, and when they finally did, the company is now refusing to give a refund. It by far was the worst stay of my life and I do not recommend renting from Ideal Property Management or Booking.com. I don't understand how you can charge someone $750 for a 1 night stay and not have sanitary living conditions. I will say that the management company was quick to respond when we found out we had no hot water at all. They stated they were attempting to find a plumber to fix the issue. After a few hours they said he would be out in the morning. We left at 11 am the next day. No hot water, no plumber. It's very disheartening that this company feels it's satisfactory to charge their customers this much money for such a huge inconvenience.

Location! So close to water park and lake! Rentals for lake close by! Video machines, pool table, hot tub, gas fire pit!

The amenities were great! Also, the parking situation was ideal and felt it was far away from other homes so we didn’t feel too close or disturbed in any way.

The property was spacious and walking distance to lake Harmony.

− The deck was not clean and we had to sweep it and clean the furniture before we could use it. Unlike other similar properties there was no basic “consumables” like foil, cling wrap or plastic bags in the kitchen. The gas grill was hardly working - it took more than two hours to grill some sausages.
