9.0Its placed in a nice neighborhood. Close to the metro. The coffe shop is very close as well for your morning coffee. Also nearby there is a parc and the supermarket so that is great
− Well its very loud . Peop were slamming the doors at 4-5 in the morning everyday also its not practical to eat something at that shared space there is no normal cutlery or where to wash of the plate of cup
