− 有蟲很噁 浴室不是乾濕分離 吹風機要吹超級久頭髮都自己乾了

− 浴室很臭 一直有屎味 完全沒有隔音 冰箱壓縮機會一直動 隔音差到隔壁的都聽得到 門外就是通往後面的門 開開關關超明顯 走路也一清二楚 地板沙沙的 沒掃乾淨

− 隣の部屋の音が聞こえるくらい壁が薄い 隣の部屋のシャワーの音がすごい響く 特に水道管を水が流れる音がうるさすぎる 駅から結構遠いのにこの価格は高いと思う
