4.0The property was clean. The lack of communication was terrible. I asked for first floor but they said they were cleaning the rooms. I was put on the second floor. The hotel seemed empty so I couldn’t understand why I could not get the room I asked for. They have kitchens which is great and I cooked everyday. I got a complaint say I was being loud and possibly had children running around. It was me and my husband and when you walk and moved around you could hear us. They have bare floors. And we are heavy individuals. So with that being said I felt uncomfortable. Their ice machine wasn’t working, but eventually did but did not make me aware.

10.0We had an easy check in and all interactions with hotel staff were positive. The room was large and ver clean. The community pool table and laundry was a huge bonus. We would absolutely stay here again.
