10.0Апартаменты обсолютно соответствуют фото. В квартире есть все что необходимо. Это был наш первый отпуск а Италии,было волнительно и я много перебрала информации. Практически везде люди писали,что нет ни тряпок ни туалетной бумаги. У нас все это было. Прекрасный вид на море не может не радовать. В агенции прекрасные приветливые работники,у нас случилась неприятность и нам помогли и отпуск прошел просто великолепно. Я желаю агенции ITALIA процветания. Мы обязательно к вам вернёмся.

10.0Der Kontakt mit dem Betreiber war unkompliziert. Kurz nach der Buchung, haben wir eine Mail mit allen Informationen und zusätzlichen Leistungen. Schlüssel Abholung und Rückgabe waren reibungslos. Es wird Italienisch, Englisch und deutsch gesprochen, daher wurde alles schön erklärt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in 4 ten Stock. Aufzug ist aber vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist schön gepflegt und hat alle notwendigen Sachen, die man braucht. Bettwäsche und Handtücher kosten extra. Wir wurden aber schon informiert deshalb haben wir unsere eigenen mitgebracht. Die Lage ist super. Man ist direkt am Strand. Der Blick ist das Hammer. Parkplatz ist im Innenhof vorhanden, kostet nichts. Toilettenpapier, Seife, Geldusch, Besteck, Teller, Topf, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, TV, Herd und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden und Nagel neu. Die Kaution kostet 150€, die bekommt man direkt nach der Rückgabe.
− Wasserkocher und Wlan sind nicht vorhanden aber war für uns kein Problem. Die Matratzen sind bißchen hart und quetschen aber hat uns nicht gestört.(in ordnung)
