8.0La ubicación es bastante buena, la cama es comoda y tiene todo tipo de comodidades.
− No hay mucha presion en las regaderas (creo que es un problema general en san felipe), y le falta un poco de mantenimiento al cuarto en general.

8.0A good deal! Room 7 was clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. It's located on the second floor, so you need to drag your luggage up there. The large bedroom TV and full-size refrigerator/freezer and microwave in the kitchen were nice extras. There was private parking inside the gated premises, but the gate was left open and unlocked. The neighborhood was safe, though. It's within easy driving distance of restaurants and bars (5 minutes maximum).
− The buildings and lot where the rooms are located are dilapidated and need repair. I had to stand outside in the sun to call for the lockbox combination to enter the room. It should have been provided with the reservation.
Comfortable stay. We would come back.

− If you wanted to cook there the kitchen was pretty sparse. You would need to have dishes and cookware.
