− Hard to rate this experience for other people as we never got the accommodation we booked.When we use Booking .com we expect to get the accommodation as advertised, especially after receiving confirmation of the specifics. It is therefore very annoying to be moved at the last minute to different accommodation .If a property is advertised as a quiet 3 bedroom caravan how do we end up in a completely different 2 bedroom property in an OK but not quiet position.We are therefore disappointed that we didn’t get the property we booked and feel the advertising is misleading, and should contain warnings if you can end up with a different property than the one you booked. There should also be some form of monetary compensation for getting a smaller accommodation in a completely different position .
