Loved our home away from home in paradise listening to the waves, seeing dolphins, fishing from the condo dock and swim
10.0So well appointed with great decor and comfy furniture, Beds, Chairs. Full beach and fish friendly items to use. Parking was easy. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Heated pool was perfect and the beach was like a condo private area. raked beach almost everyday. Walking the neighborhood at Key Colony was such a pleasure. The atrium was landscaped nicely woth plants and palms and felt very tropical.
− This is a well maintained older property and minor remodeling was going on in the neighbors condo but they were respectful.

A wonderfull 2 weeks in the Florida keys at a beautiful location.
10.0It was a wonderful location half way down the keys, great base for exploring. The accommodation is lovely, of a very high quality, the beds were very comfy, sofa also, great choice of TV channels/films, beach chairs, a cooler you can use to take by the pool. Wonderfull gem of a place, decorated beautifully. We had a toilet which became faulty and wouldnt flush, Lynnette & Manny had the local repair team come within 20 mins to fix it, exellent service. Also the bar on the beach at Havana Jacks is 20seconds walk away and great at night after a days sightseeing to walk to for an evening Cocktail. Thank you Lynette & Manny.
− This really isnt a negative thing at all, the only thing I would do to change would be to have a kettle in a cupboard. The kitchen was extreamley well equippmed, every utencil going, a good little coffee machine but if you wanted to make tea we just used a pan which was a bit slower to boil water, so would invest in a small cheap kettle but we managed fine, the place is truly wonderful, if we ever went to Florida Keys again we would book again.
