8.0Lovely apartment in a quaint village, close to many beautiful beaches. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds/furnishings. 2 bathrooms with toiletries provided. Plenty of clean towels and crisp white bedding. Good communication with the hosts.
− Outlook from the balcony not very pleasant and frequent noise from the local buiding site.

− We could have done with a shower mat as it was a bit slippery. Also the beginning of the week was really cold and duvets very thin Need some spare bedding somewhere

A lovely place to stay and explore the interesting and welcoming town of Colyton and beyond.
9.0The property was easy to find. The facilities were perfect for our 2 night getaway. We were able to explore the town as well as easily travel on the Tram into Seaton and the wetlands. The place was clean and well equipped with all we needed to allow us to self cater for our time there.
