Evin konumu çok iyi, merkezi ve tertemiz bir evdi, içerisinde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı, odalar ve ortak alanları gayet genişti, biz 7 kişi rahatlıkla konakladık, internet iyiydi, ev sahibi de ilgiliydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Kostas’ place was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. It was helpful to have a relaxing living room, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, especially the large bathroom, which has been less common in most places in Greece. The washing machine was a bonus too. The location was in close proximity to the port, which made walking around town easy. There was also a free parking lot close to port; as driving in town was an adventure as a tourist.

− The bedrooms could have used new pillows and the mattress in the main bedroom was too soft for my liking, but I only mention because the app asks. Also, bedroom remote needs new batteries; it wasn’t working. Likely a quick fix.

Sakız Adası’nda iki aile olarak ilk kez Kostas House’da konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Yıllardır adaya geliyorum ancak ev sahibi Tuğçe Hanım’ın gösterdiği özen ve misafirperverlikle çok nadir karşılaştım. Ev son derece temizdi; yataklar, çarşaflar ve tüm yaşam alanları kusursuz durumdaydı. Çamaşır ve kurutma makinesinden kahve makinesine kadar ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey düşünülmüş. Çocuklarımızla seyahat ettiğimiz için çocuk şampuanı gibi küçük ama önemli detaylar bizi ayrıca mutlu etti. Ayrıca konaklama süresince yetecek miktarda su, kahve ve farklı içecekler için ayrı bardakların hazır olması gerçekten ince düşünülmüş bir detaydı. Kendimizi bir kiralık evde değil, kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Bundan sonraki Sakız Adası ziyaretlerimde ilk tercihim kesinlikle burası olacak. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. We stayed at Kostas House for the first time as two families and had an excellent experience. I have been visiting Chios for many years, but it is rare to find a host as thoughtful and attentive as Tuğçe. The house was spotless, with exceptionally clean beds, linens, and living areas. Everything we needed was provided, from a washing machine and dryer to a coffee machine and other essentials. As we were traveling with children, we especially appreciated the thoughtful family-friendly touches. Having plenty of drinking water, coffee, and dedicated glasses for different beverages was another detail that made our stay even more comfortable. We felt less like guests in a rental property and more like we were staying in our own home. This will definitely be my first choice on future visits to Chios, and I highly recommend it.
