9.0Pralka i suszarka, zmywarka. Mieszkanie czyste, nowe, spełniające wszystkie potrzeby. Gospodarz bardzo miły, wychodzący z inicjatywą acz szanujący naszą prywatność. Polecam miejsce.
− Zimno w pokoju i centralne ogrzewanie bez możliwości indywidualnego dostosowanego do potrzeb sterowania.

10.0Ivan war ein perfekter Gastgeber. Er gab uns Tipps zu Restaurants, Ausflügen udgl. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit Parkplatz. Gerne wieder.

Worst experience I’ve had in Italy.
1.0The only positive was the location of the B2B. Everything else was disappointing.
− Parking is only suitable for very small cars. With a medium-sized car, part of it ends up on the road, and if someone scratches it, you will be the one responsible, not the host who misrepresented the parking. The host demands quiet by 10 pm but makes noise upstairs until midnight. The kitchen has severe mold, which can be dangerous if you are sensitive. Oh and another misleading info in the description about AC, there is AC but you can't change temperature only host can. The host’s attitude is the opposite of genuine hospitality – unlike many caring and helpful people I’ve met in Italy, he was the complete opposite. Beware of this place.

9.0Sehr netter Vermieter, der sich hervorragend um unsere Anfragen gekümmert hat. Das Appartement ist recht groß, es ist sehr viel Ausstattung in der Küche vorhanden.
− Auf dem kleinen Balkon wäre ein Tisch und Stühle noch sinnvoll.
Un super endroit pour découvrir le lac de Côme et les alentours.
10.0Propre et neuf Ivan est très sérieux et serviable. L appartement ce situe à quelques centaines de mètre d un embarquement de navette pour le lac de Côme on peut y aller à pied. Vraiment une agréable expérience à renouveler. Fabienne et Greg.
