8.0It's the second time we stayed. It's good overall. We love the leafy area. The kitchen has nice appliances and is clean.
− It should be made very clear in the listing that the garden is shared with the upstairs flat. The sections are divided but there is no physical barrier. The upstairs residents used the garden one evening and we felt like we couldn't at the same time as it was uncomfortable. It led to an awkward situation with the upstairs complaining about us in their area before we knew it wasn't for our use. The bathroom was slightly flooded when we arrived as the hose thing had been left on. Not ideal to mop the floor straight away after just arriving from a long journey.. The supermarket is not very close (Asda is a 15 min walk away).

7.0− El apartamento estaba muy lejos de todo, de supermercado y de paradas de metro y de autobús. Super frío el alojamiento, no había forma de regular la calefacción. El jardín muy dejado, no se pudo salir fuera.

10.0Comfortable beds. Have everything we needed. Great walkable location in Southgate!
− No complaints. One suggestion, though. It would be helpful to have some lamps in the lounge. :)
