9.0El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, en el centro de Gibraltar, junto a la calle principal. Está muy bonito decorado, es amplio, limpio y luminoso. Por las noches la zona está muy tranquila y no se escuchaba nada de ruido.
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
3.0− One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We booked this property for 4 guests attending a wedding and were provided with just 2 towels for the entire stay. Despite repeatedly calling and being told by the central office that they were “working on it” and it would be resolved “soon”, we never received the additional towels at all. What makes this even more unacceptable is that the company’s office is literally next door to the property, yet nobody bothered to come over, communicate with us directly, or resolve such a basic issue. We spent our stay chasing something that should have been provided from the outset. For the price charged, failing to provide enough towels is inexcusable. Basic amenities are the bare minimum, and the complete lack of communication and accountability made the situation even worse. I expect a partial refund for the standard of service we received. This was one of the poorest customer service experiences I’ve had with any accommodation provider, and I would not recommend staying here. *Update Have now been refunded £10 "which corresponds to the cost of two towels purchased from the closet shop.". Despicable company, awful service and unprofessional customer service.

8.0Perfect location just off Main Street Towels, toiletries, tea, coffee included which was very useful
− Sofa bed in front room not very comfortable and bedding suppled the quilt was too small for the cover. Having to dispose of your bins when you leave as I had to find a street bin to dispose of it as there was no instructions where to leave the bags. Needs darker curtains as the white ones let the light through
