Estafa de alojamiento

− El alojamiento nos anuló la reserva una hora antes del check in( mismo mensaje que a otros usuarios), teníamos la reserva desde el mes de agosto. Hace una semana avise a Booking que no contestaba el alojamiento a los E-mails, he llamado en más de 10 ocasiones a booking para comentarles que no había forma de localizar al alojamiento y no han realizado ninguna acción correctiva. A sabiendas que ya había comentarios que este alojamiento había hecho lo mismo con otras personas. La ayuda de Booking a sido 0, días antes me decían que si tenía algún problema me realojarían, llego el día, en mitad de Londres tirado con mis hijos y diluviando. Respuesta de booking que me busque otro alojamiento y pagándolo yo claro ( llevo dos alojamientos pagados, teóricamente Booking me devuelte el primero, pero de momento tienen ellos el dinero), y ya verán si pueden asumir ellos la diferencia. Desde ese día nunca más me se han vuelto a poner en contacto. Llevo usando Booking desde hace años, lógicamente estos protocolos antes no los tenían y dudo que vuelva a usar esta plataforma ya que te dejan tirado. Además, que cada operador que te atendía te decía una cosa diferente. He pedido hora con la oficina del consumidor para poner una reclamación formal con todos los registros de llamadas realizados y la nula respuesta por parte de Booking. Revisar los comentarios por fecha, no como pone Booking por relevantes, vereis que somos unos cuantos los afectados.

The property confirmed the stay after payment, but when we went to the place it was almost impossible to contact them. After 2 hours they respond and say " sorry but your accommodation is cancelled. In this case we need urgent to find somewhere to sleep. Totally disappointed and I don't recommend it to anyone.!!!!

Nos dejó tirados. No contestan no dan respuesta. Nos escribieron a las 12 que a las 2 nos daban las instrucciones del check in y nunca más. Es una estafa. Después me enviaron WhatsApp de fuga de gas. No lo cojais

− No pudimos ni entrar, no respuesta, me anuló a las 3 de la tarde del mismo día del check in. Nos dejó tirados.

The only redeeming thing about this place is that they are in a great location

− This place is sketchy. They listed facilities incorrectly. They were completely unresponsive to questions they didn't want to answer, I wrote to them 5x about baggage storage since it is listed in their facility offerings. They only wrote to me an hour before check out saying ill be charged extra if i am late to leave,, and I had requested a later check out because I cannot put my things anywhere, I was counting on baggage storage and they ignored my messaged throughout the day yesterday, only responding to questions they were bothered to answer. They don't answer the phone either, I called several times. The room wasn't ready when I arrived either. A guy came knocking on the door yesterday saying he was an IT guy, can he come in. I'm a female traveling alone, so when I wrote to them asking them if this was scheduled, they said yes, that I should have gotten a notice which I did not. There are horrible reviews about this place which should be looked into. Small blood stains on the bed from when there were bed bugs. Their customer orientation is horrendous
