9.0Clean room, a/c, cotton linens, soft pillows, swimming pool, cafe/restaurant, welcoming and helpful staff; Gladys ( restaurant staff) was efficient and accommodating; another lady staff lent us umbrella for my mother. Hotel also has free breakfast, free bottles of water in room.
− Hope to see more vegetarian options in menu; also need PWD friendly steps up the cafe

− Very small and dark room, window covered by air condition unit. Pool area was large but unattractive. Not very pleasant premises, more like a camp for youth groups..
