4.0The apartment was spacious and well decorated, and that is the only thing good about this apartment.
− (1) The apartment was not cleaned. Horrible. I found cooked potato cubes on the kitchen floor, a used and dry glass on the nightstand next to the bed, and hairs on the beddings (a few on the covers and many under the cover). The bin in the bathroom was on the toilet when I arrived. (2) The remote control of the AC doesn't work at all. When I came, the AC was on with full power. I was happy about that, but in the evening realised that it is a problem: it is super cold! I had only a very thin blanket to cover myself, and the hotel owner doesn't allow me to use a duvet in the closet. I caught a cold because of that, and I decided to leave in the morning on the third day, because I can't bear the cold anymore. (It was 35 degrees outside!) (3) No shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. I contacted the hotel, and he said he will ask the cleaning lady to bring it the next day. Nobody came, and I had to get up at 7:30 and walk to Lidl to buy a shampoo and shower gel. Well, good luck with this hotel!

10.0Amazing place, cozy and comfy. The location was just the best you can imagen. Customer service was good. I had a little trouble with opened door when just came, seemed like cleaning lady didn't finish the work. I came at 16:30. Customer service answered immediately, was friendly and understanding and suggested to complete cleaning. In general I am very positive about resolution, communication and the house itself. I will definitely come back.

Goede ligging in het centrum zeer centraal en midden bij uitgangs gelegenheden waarvan je geen last van lawaai had voldo
7.0Ruim appartement jammer dat alleen boven de toilet is.
− Op zich schoon maar de zwarte lamp en de zwarte luxaflex waren duidelijk een langere tijd niet afgedaan en bevatte best wel wat stof

− Dat de toegangscode niet werd verstrekt na alle plichtplegingen en identificeren. Moest eerst de verhuurder telefonisch benaderen.
