10.0All new appliances and fixtures. Exceptionally clean. Couldn't have been better. We used the house as a place to stay for fishing. The location is convenient to the docks. Many restaurants in the area within 15 minutes or less. We will be back.

9.0Generally great -- spacious, clean, stocked with all the essentials (and some beach stuff). Baby crib included. In the middle of town: easy access to either beaches or interstate.
