Nice little logde

− Wasn't really cleaned

− We arrived and was told that the key would be in one door, to which we quickly found it wasn't. We tried to contact and there was no reply leaving us standing there for an hour trying to get through to Someone. We then tried to go to reception to which it was closed as well as the clubhouse and the reception number wasn't recognised! Finally start around an hour Somone showed up who also couldn't find the keys to the property and had no clue what was going on. A local resident says all staff were at a party? Which left us stranded. He then called someone who said we was suppose to be in rv2 which was not the case as the booking stated rv1. Rv2 was shown to us and was very untidy, unclean and in a state. Inside and out including the hot tub. We refused to stay in this rv due to the state. He finally offered us a different rv to which we booked. It was cleaner than the other but still lacked any cleaning, no towels, no toilet paper. The toilet floor was flooded, the bed was not made and the overall rv was very unclean again, including the hot tub which we didn't end up using! What was supper to be a stress free stay away was a nightmare night, no relaxation but just a stressful ordeal.

This has to be the worst place to stay. Looks nothing like the photos. We were missing a fridge, bedding, towels and the place was utterly filthy. Rang the owner who then asked for me purely to message. Never responed.

− Everything ! Avoid like the plague ! Absolute horror of a venue and management did not care or respond. AVOID AVOID AVOID. You do not get what they say !

− The accommodation was dirty, smelly there was no time spent on cleaning or the presentation. The club house was loud dirty, children and adults drinking,singing, swearing. There is nothing peaceful or relaxing about this place, rubbish everywhere on arrival, no presence of staff. Avoid at all costs....

The area and surroundings were beautiful.

− The facility was dirty, dirty linen that we couldn't use the duvet due to a very bad smell. Poor level of maintenance on the facilty- dodgy tap, scalding hot water, couldn't turn it off easily, smoke alarm hanging off ceiling. 1 fork in cutlery set and no towels. No cleaning up stuff for the utensils. Hot tub and hot tub area rather mucky and no privacy due to a massive hole on the fence. The host however dealt with a plumbing issue very swiftly.
