10.0We had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it. The property is cosy, spotless, full of character, and very comfortable with great modern touches. The location and views are excellent, and the courtyard with BBQ is a lovely bonus. The fires made it especially warm and inviting. Mel was a brilliant host with great communication, and the thoughtful extras - local bread, jam and chocolate - were much appreciated. It exceeded our expectations, and we’d happily stay again.

A wonderful week in a lovely house in a charming village.
9.0A minute's walk from the seafront, and in in quiet cul-de-sac, the location is excellent. The house has an historic feel, yet is furnished and equipped to a very high, modern standard, and is warm and comfortable. The "library" is excellent. One of the best restaurants we have ever found - The Dory - is five minutes away on foot.
− Nit-picking, some better lighting in the upper bathroom would have been welcome, but as there were only two of us in this 3 bedroom house, the lower shower-room was always available.

8.0Location was excellent close to harbour. Upstairs bed very comfortable. Facilities were very good
− Downstairs bed not suitable for tall people, foot railings at bottom of bed meant one of the guests was unable to stretch out. Only 2 out of 4 outside bins were available unable to recycle properly
