Nice location/house in Glenmore Park
8.0I like the location and the layout of the house. It was very convenient to get to the places we desired. There are two shopping centers nearby that had everything I needed. I like the gym that is a short jog or a 2 minute drive from the house. There are several good restaurants in the close one with good looking Thai and Indian restaurants about to open. The Italian restaurant by the gym was excellent (and we spent a few weeks in Italy this summer). There is an urgent care and a pharmacy in that same shopping center. The pool area at the back of the house is pleasant (and in large part while I chose this house).
− The house is nice and spacious, but I did not get the impression it was cleaned before our arrival. There was trash left behind on several nightstands, under beds, in closets. I complained and they sent someone out who wiped the 1/2” of dust from the air vents, but the dried crud on the floor was still there when they left, as was the popcorn and crumbs in the carpet and cupboard. I looked into hiring a cleaning service, but was told by two services that they did not have time to add us in. I’m also not a fan of disposing of toilet paper in the trash instead of in the toilet. I understand the rationale in Mexico/Costa Rica, but this is the only property in Australia where I have seen this.
