9.0The on location staff were helpful and responsive. A particular shout out to Luke. The location of the property is very convenient; centrally located, but quiet, with good transport links.
− The only minor niggle was the air conditioning. This was not a built in but standalone units which had to be requested. That said Luke was extremely responsive.

10.0Excel·lent apartament al costat de l'estació de metro. Al centre, just al costat d'un parc i a 2 minuts del riu. Es un apartament de luxe! Amb tot el que es pot necessitar per passar uns dies a Londres. Super equipació! Ho té absolutament tot. Un 10 en neteja.

8.0Great location. We stayed in flat 2 which had a nice kitchen and plenty of storage for our things. Bathrooms were very nice.
− Unit 2 has very poor ventilation and limited natural lighting. It is equipped with many floor fans and cooling fans, but they did little to help bring down the interior temp of the downstairs bedrooms and overall ventilation.
