Eine schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen.
8.0Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Zu Fuß sind es knapp 10 Minuten in den Ortskern.
− Leider war der Kühlschrank und der Gefrierschrank sehr dreckig. Wir mussten selbst erst putzen um dann die Lebensmittel einzuräumen.
Toll für ein paar Tage in Salzburg und am Chiemsee
8.0Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Quartier, hat alles was man braucht und kann gut parken. Der Vermieteter ist sehr nett und beantwortet per Mail sofort alle Fragen. Die Lage ist perfekt um Salzburg zu erkunden. Mit dem Auto bis Taxham/ Europapark, PP kostet nichts und dann in die S3 einsteigen. So ist man in ca.40 Min am HB in Salzburg.
− Die Beleuchtung in Bad ist sehr schlecht. Es hat nur rund um den Spiegel schwaches Licht. Da dürft eine zusätzliche Lichtquelle angebracht werden. Rasieren und Schminken bei dem Licht sehr unpraktisch, doch die Nachttischlampen geben gutes Licht 😉 In der Küche wäre ein Haken an der rechten Seite neben dem Spülbecken praktisch um das nasse Küchentuch aufzuhängen. Leider war die WG nur oberflächlich sauber. Der Balkon wurde schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt. Doch der Vermieter nimmt sich diesem Punkt an und es wird sicher besser werden.

10.0The apartment was clean, with nice amenities and a lovely balcony. The location was also close to the supermarket and within walking distance of the city center. We enjoyed our stay, and Maximilian was very attentive and communicated very well. Highly recommend the place.
