Recommended due to the clean and new condition of the apartment

We stayed in the room Camelia. There are four rooms, each facing a different direction, therefore noise levels can be different. The apartment is very new and clean. The bathroom has good water pressure, new tabs, and the drain works well. The window blinds work well too, and can fully block out sunshine. The curtains also help blocking some sunshine. There are two security cameras inside the apartment. No shared facility with other guests, truly a hotel feeling. Bed and pillows are comfortable, you even have a choice of how soft you would like the pillow to be, there are four of them, each different. It is quiet enough to sleep in this room, the windows seem new, no traffic noise. Although if the train horns, you can still hear it, but this is rare and didn't happen at night during our stay. We didn't meet the host throughout the stay, but things worked well through whatsapp.

− Most guests seem to stay only 1-2 nights, the furnishing is too minimal. All the keys of the different rooms are stored in the same box outside of the building when we arrived, I recommend finding another way to manage the keys. The locks of the rooms are too simple, I recommend an upgrade. The other guests sometimes do not lock the main door at night. I recommend putting up a sign to remind them. The walls are thin, you will hear every conversations of your neighboring guests. But this is typical in this area, I have no complaints. The towel heating rail doesn't heat up, despite attempt by the host. This is ok, as we got the towels changed after 3 nights. Biggest problem: The sensors for turning on the light in the corridor has a bug. In the morning, the lights are turned on when the first guests walk out of their rooms, the lights stay on until after the next guest walks into the corridor. The door to the room has a gap, therefore it becomes a wake-up light. A sealing tape with brush should be installed to prevent the light from leaking through the gap.

The room clean was new.

− The photos show a chandelier entry. It is not a photo of the entry of the building. That makes it misleading. One espresso and one pastry at a nearby coffee shop is considered breakfast.

Posizione eccellente, grandissima cortesia e disponibilità da parte della proprietaria, stanza accogliente, pulita, ben organizzata. Colazione molto buona in bar bellissimo. Assolutamente consigliata.
