La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena,en una zona tranquila y muy cerca de la playa. Las vistas desde la terraza son espectaculares. La zona de piscina es muy agradable

− El apartamento es muy viejo,necesita una reforma urgente de la cocina y el baño. La superficie esmaltada de la bañera completamente deteriorada,con zonas oxidadas. El tirador del inodoro se quedaba atascado. El frigorifico,con mucho hielo acumulado,enfriaba a duras penas. La vajilla muy antigua y con algunas carencias (Solo una copa de vino y otra de cava). Imposible freir un huevo por la falta de una espumadera. La tabla de cortar pequeña y asquerosa (Supongo que sanidad no pasa por alli) Son detalles de facil solucion pero que demuestran la dejadez en la que se encuentra el apartamento. Para colmo,al no contratar la limpieza final (50€),fue un poco agobiante el envio continuo de mensajes a traves de wasthap sobre como debiamos realizar dicha limpieza,con unas exigencias un tanto exageradas teniendo en cuenta que al entrar tuvimos que limpiar partes de la cocina llenas de grasa. En resumen,una pena porque el apartamento tiene mucha posibilidades pero hay que invertir dinero, no solo cobrarlo. Por el precio que pagamos no volveriamos a alojarnos

A short walk to the beach which you can see from the windows of the apartment, the pool was lovely and for the most part we had it to ourselves, Parking can be a little tight but we were very lucky and got parked outside the building every day, if you buy a blue zone day ticket you can park in any blue zone throughout Blanes which is good value at 6 Euros per day. We drove down from Suffolk in the UK, just in case anyone would like the information, it takes 14 hours if you drive with only short rest stops (we had a bed in the back of the car and took it in turns driving) Everything in the apartment worked. Jordi was quick to reply to me if I had any queries. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked to go back for three weeks next year 2026

− Air conditioning would be very much appreciated in the summer months, we had ceiling fans but they didn’t quite cut it on the hotter nights Honestly I think that the air conditioning not working was the only shortfall

Un beau temps. La mer a côté. Les Commerces pas loin

Location was super with its South orientation ! Especially in October ! We needed no airco, no heating ! The Wifi was also very performant and fast. The appartement was fully equipped. Shops and the old city were within walking distance.
