10.0We booked last minute (the day before) and it was ready at 3 and our host was nicely patient with us. The information document was complete. The kitchen was nicely equipped, AC worked really good, fridge was nice, loved the stove, two bedrooms with their own bathroom. Loved the view in the morning and evening. My mother had the one room and my son and I the other. Nice quiet street. You need a car....I would come back If you are looking to have a free beach day, this would be a good place, the beach is wide, you can take a walk in the morning. We went to Xpu Ha dune beach club, different (wider, more wild, nice waves on soft sand only), as opposed to Kay Beach Club (but we went there for snorkel and found some cool shells (caracol) and spongy rocks). We also spent an entire day at the appartment, enoyed the pool, took a walk. In puerto aventura, there is a big grocerys store, chaudil, I advise to do a big grocery shop there, they have EVERYTHING as oppose to smaller one around Akumal.
− Maybe the garbage area bin outside needs to be cleaned but who's garbage bin doesn't need to be clean...

10.0The view was awesome. One minute walk to the nice beach club which had access to beach. Many different pool-areas, gym, nice neighbours. Clean and nice apartment. We loved it here.
