Perfect stay in Kos
10.0We had an amazing stay at this apartment and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island! We came from France and stayed here for three weeks, and everything was absolutely perfect from the first day until the last. The apartment is modern, spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The open-plan living room and kitchen are fantastic. The kitchen is brand new, fully equipped with everything you need, and has a very modern design. The living area is bright and cozy, with a large Smart TV and a very comfortable sofa, making it the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. There are two separate bedrooms, both with very comfortable beds, their own air conditioning units, and Smart TVs, which gave everyone privacy and comfort. The bathroom is also modern, practical, and very well designed. One of our favorite features was the huge terrace, where we enjoyed many breakfasts and dinners outdoors. Having a washing machine on the terrace was also very convenient during our long stay. The host, George, is one of the kindest and most helpful people we have ever met. He is incredibly friendly, always responsive, and whenever we needed anything, he solved every issue immediately with a smile. He truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. As a bonus, he produces the most amazing olive oil—we honestly believe it's the best olive oil on the island! After spending three wonderful weeks here, we can honestly say that we felt at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. Thank you, George, for your hospitality and for making our vacation so special. We came from France, and we will definitely return with great pleasure. We can't wait to stay here again!

6.0Arredamento moderno con: doppia televisione in salotto e in camera con servizi di streaming, fornelli a induzione, ecc... Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo
− Struttura invasa dalle formiche e rubinetto esterno sul balcone che perde continuamente acqua, di conseguenza il balcone era costantemente allagato. Nonostante abbiamo segnalato i due problemi all'host al secondo giorno, ha letto i messaggi ignorandoci, lasciandoci con questi due problemi per l'intero soggiorno. Inoltre l'appartamento è attaccato a una casa con galli e galline e, di conseguenza, alle 6 di ogni mattina si viene svegliati da versi fortissimi di questi ultimi (nonostante le finestre chiuse) Infine l'appartamento è mal segnato come posizione sulle mappe, abbiamo dovuto cercare il numero a piedi per tutta la via.
