Bad staff, lost reservation and not helpful when requested help.
1.0Nothing. Lost my reservation and took 30 min to tell me I do not have a room.
− I tried 3 times to reschedule this stay. Every time staff were hard to deal with. Showed up on day of reservation. 30 minutes waiting to find out I do not have a reservation. It also had a security fence and you had to be buzzed in.
