8.0În apropiere de tot ce ai nevoie, spațios, confortabil, faptul că se află la parter (bun când ai de transportat bagaje).
− Ar fi binevenit un TV, lipsă wifi.

− În sufragerie a fost frig si nu a crescut temperatura nici după 2 zile cu termostatul în acea camera.

10.0Apartamentul curat, spațios, foarte răcoros (18° C când afară erau 28°), zonă liniștită. Magazin la parterul blocului, restaurant la 5 minute pe jos (mâncare foarte bună), parc la 3 minute. Doamna care ne-a întâmpinat este foarte de treabă.
− Mi-ar fi plăcut să avem un televizor în sufragerie și perdea la duș, pentru a nu fi nevoie să dai cu mopul după fiecare utilizare.
