7.0The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a pleasant stay in that regard.
− Unfortunately, the welcome was disappointing. We were not given the Wi-Fi password and shampoo upon arrival. I sent a message to the host just two minutes after she showed us to the room, asking for the Wi-Fi password and shampoo. If 10 PM was too late for her to respond, she could have at least replied the next day with an apology or some explanation. Instead, my message was completely ignored, which left us with the impression of poor communication and a lack of care for the guests.
