7.0Good spacious property with swimming pool
− The manager Narayan was very very unresponsive from the very beginning..though he agreed to give us an extra cot in one of the rooms instead of a simple mattress..the property is highly understaffed..the only person whose work and manners we really liked was Manoj. The bedroom upstairs had a very slow moving fan ..the washbasin outlet pipe was leaking ..they need to improve highly on the maintenance of the property . The front sitting area should have an AC unit as the TV is in that room

− Washrooms can be clean, jalas everywhere , there should be a washroom in pool area.
Exceptional
10.0We had visited on a family trip to Rishikesh. The Villa is located on the Ganga bank. We had gone in Apr so the river was at a distance but during monsoons it will flow right next to the property. The view from the villa was exceptional and the rooms were spacious and clean. We also enjoyed swimming in the plunge pool of the property. For food there is an option to get food made from the caretaker or order from Swiggy. .
Value for money. Nice group stay
8.0Spacious rooms. Lots of common sitting area. Fun splash pool. Well done decor. Ample parking space. Helpful staff. House was clean and well maintained. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and appliances.
− Bathrooms were not cleanest. Toiletries like hand towels and tissue boxes missing.
