5.0Swimming pool and gated
− Very inconvenient, bathrooms are stink, dining chairs are so cheap not sturdy at all my sister almost fell. Soup bowls are stained. It's advertise as sleep 15 but only has 3 small bedrooms with pull outs and sofa outside. We were charged extra 4000 pesos because o had additional 4 people on top of my 9 reservation but they actually were sleeping on the couch. You have to send your ID s before the security let you in. Lots of cockroaches, towels are smelly seems like they were not wash and dry properly. Swimming pool is nice per my son. Overall all I will give it 3\10. For the price I paid I felt like it wasn't worth it

− Be sure to read every line on the description ! If you are more than 4, you need to pay extra every day for the pool. You also need to walk 10min to go to the pool. And if you are more than 4, you need to pay for the 3rd bedroom. We were 6 and had to sleep on a couch because they refuse to open the 3rd bedroom. Also the house looks nicer in the photos than in reality (it’s smaller). No garden and no washing machine.

Room allocation is determined by the number of guests booked, offering an affordable and comfortable stay for both small and large families. This ensures a spacious and enjoyable experience. For instance, for 4 to 5 guests, we'll open 1 room with 2 beds. For 6 to 10 guests, 2 rooms with 4 beds will be made available, and for 10 to 12 guests, all 3 rooms will be accessible..
Please take note that only a maximum of 4 people are allowed to swim at a time. If you are in a larger group, I suggest taking turns using the pool area to avoid any inconvenience. Please be advised that there will be a nominal fee of P200 for kids and P250/head for adults for the usage of the excess.
Please be informed that the pool is 5-7 minutes walk and it is shared with the residents.
Please be aware that the sea area nearby is not recommended for swimming. While occasionally locals may swim there, we advise against it for safety reasons.
We kindly request the names of all guests and a screenshot of their IDs for pre-registration with estate management at least 2 days before check-in date.
