8.0Wspaniały pobyt! Przemila właścicielka: Rafaela to cudowna, ciepła i niezwykle pomocna osoba. Mimo barier językowych komunikacja była bezproblemowa (mówi po włosku i trochę po angielsku). Zawsze pod telefonem, a każdą usterkę (np. z kuchenką) rozwiązywała natychmiast. Bardzo dobre wyposażenie: W obiekcie znajduje się wszystko, co potrzebne: duża lodówka, piekarnik, mikrofalówka, kuchenka, toster, czajnik, zmywarka, dwa ekspresy do kawy (kapsułkowy i przelewowy), pralka oraz żelazko. Plus za udostępnienie leżaków i parasoli plażowych. Komfort i bezpieczeństwo: Dom jest wyjątkowo czysty. Klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu (jest w każdym pokoju oraz dwie na dole), co zapewniało idealną temperaturę. Teren jest bezpieczny, z zamykaną bramą i prywatnym parkingiem.
− Brak przestrzeni na zewnątrz. Mimo że cały teren i dom są bardzo duże, dla gości wydzielono tylko malutki, bardzo porośnięty roślinnością skrawek z mikro-trawnikiem. Do dyspozycji jest właściwie tylko niewielki taras ze stołem i 6 krzesłami. Brakowało przestrzeni do swobodnego wypoczynku, nie ma też choćby małego basenu. Grill co prawda stoi w ogrodzie, ale był nieposprzątany, pozbawiony kratki i nieprzygotowany dla gości. Dodatkowo przy grillu stoi tylko mały stolik z dwoma krzesłami – nasza 6-osobowa rodzina i tak by tam nie usiadła, a na dostawienie krzeseł nie było miejsca. Regulacja wody pod prysznicem: Ustawienie temperatury wody było kłopotliwe – leciała albo za zimna, albo za gorąca, przez co kąpiele były dość uciążliwe Wysłużone kanapy: Kanapy w salonie (zwłaszcza jedna) są już mocno wygniecione,, co zmniejsza komfort wypoczynku w środku. Podsumowanie: Mimo tych kilku niedogodności, jako 6-osobowa rodzina jesteśmy z pobytu bardzo zadowoleni i spędziliśmy tu udany urlop!

9.0Almost everything! What a beautiful place and comfortable beds. The house was immaculate! The host was warm and welcoming. Plenty of utensils,cooking things and plates.
− The WIFI was the only problem. Not available in bedrooms, and not a strong enough signal in the lounge to ensure consistent availability.

8.0La casa era molto spaziosa, bel giardino e posto auto per parcheggiare. Cucina attrezzata di tutto. Il signor Ottavio molto gentile e disponibile.
− Purtroppo non essendoci zanzariere nelle finestre c'erano tante zanzare.
