− The lighting in the stairway could use some attention. It doesn't come on until you get to the top of the stairs.

9.0Comfortable, clean, spacious, nicely appointed, convenient to the Convention Center, where I spent my days. Kitchen area had everything I needed. Parking across the street in the public garage was free using the vouchers that were provided in the room. 24/7 customer service was prompt, courteous, and helpful with all of my concerns. Private entrance is a single door on a commercial street. I had to park and then walk along the sidewalk to find it. But it made me feel very secure. Good, secure wifi.
− My rating is only "9" because this is a rooftop apartment with 17 or 18 fairly steep steps to the landing. I am 72 and was traveling alone. For me, it was a little challenging to get my luggage up and down, one step at a time. Probably, in my younger days, it would have been less daunting. There is a good, solid railing, but only on one side. The skylights over the stairs provided adequate lighting on sunny days. But on the darker, rainy days, there was no supplemental lighting, and I had to take the steps more slowly. One night, when I returned at twilight, the security light had not come on, and there was barely enough light to see. I made it to the top ok, very grateful for the railing. I reported it to customer service, who said they would have it fixed, but I checked out early the next morning and can't report on that. Nevertheless, I would recommend carrying a pocket light in your bag in case the same thing happens to you. If the stairs are not a concern to you, I highly recommend staying here.
