8.0В целом квартира понравилась: удобная планировка, наличие парковки, лифт и балкон и два телевизора. Нас очень хорошо встретили, предоставили подробные инструкции по заселению.
− Из минусов - диван в гостиной совсем не удобный, сильный дискомфорт из-за железной конструкции под матрасом. Две ванные комнаты с сидячими маленькими ваннами, и для большего комфорта не хватало поручня для входа и выхода.

− Bagni piccolissimi. Aria condizionata solo in cucina (non specificato nell'annuncio). Fornello a induzione con adattatore che non riesce a far bollire acqua neanche al max della potenza (prendere 2 pentole adatte sarebbe meglio). 1 adattatore x 2 fuochi. Se vuoi cucinare un contemporanea 2 cose non si può.
