4.0Wir haben das Einzimmer-Appartment wegen der ansprechenden Beschreibung und der außerordentlich guten Bewertungen ausgewählt. Sehr positiv ist auf jeden Fall die Nähe zur Stadt. Man kann das Zentrum zu Fuß sehr gut erreichen. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist ebenfalls super. Wir waren zu zweit und der erste Eindruck der Wohnung war durchaus positiv. Sie war sehr sauber und enthielt alles, was man für ein paar Tage braucht.
− Leider überwogen für uns drei Punkte, die uns nicht gefallen haben und ausschlaggebend für unsere Bewertung sind: Das Apartment ist sehr beengt, man hat kaum Platz, seine Sachen abzustellen. Das war aus den Fotos nicht direkt ersichtlich. Die Betten waren sehr weich. Der Gastgeber hat sich für die noch nicht abgeschlossene Renovierung des Eingangsbereichs/ Treppenhauses entschuldigt. Tatsächlich ist es aber eine Baustelle (die wohl schon länger besteht), die eine ziemliche Zumutung darstellt. Wir haben zum Beispiel keinen Lichtschalter im Eingangsbereich gefunden. Am meisten hat uns die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung gestört. Man hört von der Nachbarwohnung und aus dem Treppenhaus wirklich alles und das ziemlich laut.

9.0Nära centralen, mindre än 10 min att gå. Flexibel och serviceinriktad fastighetsvärd. Fanns kaffe och bra utrustat kök med salt och peppar.

7.0Sov bara en natt. Så jag kan inte säga så mycket. kom på eftermiddan och åkte hem nästa dag på förmiddan. Frukost handlade vi själv. Det var rent och fräscht.

7.0Bra säng, tyst, centralt, bra med gratis parkering nära. Bra info innan ankomst, nära till laddstation.
− Saknade spegel nära vägguttag, litet matbord lite trångt om man fler. Trapphus under renovering men kommer nog att bli bra.

9.0Super ruhige Lage und schöne kleine Wohnung, die alles hat was man braucht.
− Durch die Baustelle im Gebäude war der Eingangsbereich nicht gut begehbar.
