6.0Stanza ampia con tutti i comfort.
− Letto matrimoniale scomodo e molto rumoroso. Stipite della porta che cadeva perché rotto. Nella Colazione (inclusa) non sono state fornite le cialde per il caffè etc. Pulizia della stanza non effettuata il giorno successivo al primo giorno di pernottamento. Per poter accedere alla stanza abbiamo dovuto aspettare alle 17 e 30 nonostante la prenotazione fosse stata fatta alle 11 e 30. Disorganizzati.

− Booked it and paid but when we arrived in the town there was no instructions on where it was (it’s an apartment in a massive block with multiple entrances and lots of buzzers/doorbells, which we checked all of and didn’t see “Bea’s Room” listed) and nobody there to greet us or assist either. I rang both numbers listed but nobody answered and then I texted both numbers, one of which was read but no reply. It said there was parking but it’s a traffic restriction area so we found our own parking 5 mins walk away that we paid for but spent 2 hrs trying to reach the hosts. Had to ring booking.com customer service and wait another 45 mins in the heat but then were told the hosts could not accommodate us but no reason given. I’d avoid as we’re still waiting to see if we receive a full refund and we drove a long way then were forced to stay elsewhere in the town at a clean but somewhat dated hotel we would not have chosen otherwise. Attending PomoFest was not worth the hassle 🤣

9.0Alloggio piccolo e accogliente, staff molto amichevole e simpatico. Super consigliato per le persone che non gli servono molto spazio e che vogliono risparmiare in una stanza.

7.0Struttura situata in pieno centro, camera quadrupla ampia e pulita
− assenza di zanzariere e shampoo, inoltre la forte puzza in bagno quando siamo entrati che però dopo aver lasciato scorrere l’acqua per un po’ è andata via fortunatamente
