10.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sauber, ordentlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns die freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank – wir kommen gerne wieder!

− Die Dusche schloss nicht, so dass das halbe Bad unter Wasser stand. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten müssten repariert werden.

5.0Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
− Die Küchenausstattung war teilweise sehr ungepflegt, u. a. Schwarzschimmel im Wassertank der Nespressomaschine. Auf Kaffeetrinken und Benutzung des Backofens habe ich daher verzichtet. Da auch die beschichteten Pfannen erheblich zerkratzt waren, habe ich mich von Rohkost ernährt oder auswärts gegessen. Die Wohnung war doppelt vergeben. Ich hatte kurzfristig gebucht (5 Tage vor Urlaubsbeginn) und habe erst nach 2 Tagen erfahren, dass die Wohnung bereits belegt ist. Die Vermieterin hat mir angeboten, sich bei booking.com dafür einzusetzen, dass mir der volle Preis erstattet wird, konnte mir das aber nicht zusichern. Als Alternative hat sie mir eine andere Wohnung angeboten, die allerdings mitten in Essen lag, und ich musste während des Urlaubs umziehen. Die Alternativwohnung war ok, aber ich hatte andere Vorstellungen von meinem Urlaub gehabt und der Umzugstag hat den Erholungswert des Urlaubs natürlich nicht gerade erhöht. Eine Stornierung mit dem Risiko, das Geld nicht zurückzuerhalten und eine erneute Wohnungssuche 3 Tage vor Urlaubsantritt waren für mich keine Option. Ich habe schon oft über booking.com gebucht und habe bisher immer sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Schade, dass ich das von dieser Wohnung nicht sagen kann.
