10.0Na początku przywitała nas Pani gospodarz,która zaprowadziła nas na parking, a następnie do mieszkania i wszystko wytłumaczyła,była bardzo pomocna i mogliśmy się kontaktować w każdej chwili. Mieszkanie w samym sercu historycznego Bergamo,blisko murów weneckich i tuż przy górnej stacji kolejki. Tuż obok sklep spożywczy,a także mnóstwo restauracji i knajpek. Bardzo ładnie urządzone,czyste.

9.0The apartment is beautiful indeed, the location is great, in the heart of upper town. We were very close to everything of interest and we appreciated the informations provided and the recommandations. Also, the appartment was ready earlier so we enjoyed an early check-in. The building feels historical, we found the small gate very funny.
− the toilet paper rolls were very small and finished very quick. we could’ve asked for more (we didn’t), but it was a weekend and it was easier for us to just buy some extra. Maybe you could just stack it from the beginning in the bathroom’s drawer? also - there is a problem with the shower’s insulation in one corner so the water leaked under the door till the hallway. A real coffee machine would be a much appreciated addition. And maybe check-out at 11? it felt very early to leave at 10. These are not real issues, we truly enjoyed our stay - those are merely suggestions for improvement. Thank you for having us 🤍.

Good Hosts and location however the place is not the best
4.0Location is great if you want to explore, very easy to get to with the bus
− AC was bad which made the room very hot at times and really hard to sleep. We were told by the host that we had to keep the AC above 23 or it would turn off. Not really great when the weather is super hot outside. Also we got asked for €10 cash on arrival for tourist tax… not something we planned for again but paid regardless. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, I did not like how one side had a bedside table and the other side did not… when 2 people stay we need 2 bedside tables to put stuff.
