7.0− Water was only hot for 1 shower and then it was cold
Great value for money, quiet area close to London.
9.0Very good value for money. Good location in a quiet area with plenty of amenities around (shops, cafés, playground, park) all between 5-10 min walk away. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. We also visited London and it was easy to get there - 9 min drive ( or 30 min walk) to Cheshunt station and 24 min train straight to Liverpool street station.
− Everything was good, considering the price we paid for a 3 night stay in a house for 10 people.
Really good place for multi generational trip - all rooms suitable for adults
10.05 double beds, perfect for a larger family family trip. Conservatory space was a bonus, so that people had space to do want they wanted

5.0Good location easy to get access to and plenty of space
− Hand rail on stairs was unstable at the bottom and a gap in the middle of the stairs was dangerous. Pillows and duvets were very poor quality. Lots of empty bottles and packets in bathrooms. No blinds in downstairs bathroom which was overlooked by neighbours windows.
Large house - generally ok - just a bit worn out / tired around the edges
5.0Location; big house; good parking. Cheaper than hotel rooms.
− Previously a HMO. The bedroom doors were still numbered. Clean - but generally worn out; especially the bathrooms. Big issue for us was the hot water boiler didn’t work and needed re pressurising 3 times in our 2 night stay resulting in no hot water on morning ! Small refund given.
Great property in a great location and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. Real ease to get into London as well f
