Do not rent
1.0− The apartment looks nothing like the photos on Booking and is in urgent need of renovation. There is mold everywhere and a strong unpleasant smell. It’s difficult to ventilate the rooms because the windows face an inner courtyard of the complex. It is very noisy until around 3 a.m. There is no cable TV, only two televisions in total — one doesn’t work, and the other only has access to YouTube. The towels were dirty, with stains and burn marks. The mosquito net in the bathroom was torn. When taking a shower, the water floods the living room. The beds are only 1.40 m wide, each with just one long pillow, and the fourth room didn’t have any bed linen provided. A €300 deposit is required, but to get it back you must return the key by 11 a.m. and wait until 1 p.m., after cleaning, for the owner to check the apartment before refunding the deposit. Overall, this was the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this property at all.
