9.0De locatie midden in het centrum, het balkon met comfortabele stoelen, de grootte van het appartement, fijne slaapkamer, de bijzondere entree met lift naar meteen eigen appartement. Veel ramen die open kunnen. Goed ook dat er ventilatoren en een mobiele airco stonden om de warmte van de voorbije hittegolf te kunnen tackelen.
− Voor mensen die zelf willen koken is de keuken beperkt. Anderszins is keuken oké. Vloer van de verder fijne douche is erg glad.
