Would stay again but without the ants

− In the bathroom along the wall near the heating rail there was ants coming in between the tiles. Made the host aware which they said they will keep us updated but unfortunately didn’t. Didn’t ruin our stay but it wasn’t pleasant when using the bathroom had to dodge the ants.

− Couldn't find freeview channels on tv. 4001 Samsung tv channels all rubbish. Ok, can access Netflix amazon etc but would also have e been nice to access ordinary live tv.

10.0Gorgeous property with stunning views. Had everything we needed for a few nights in Malvern. Hosts were very helpful with any questions we had and check in instructions were clear. Would highly recommend.

Clean and functional, aside from the staircase story above, it’s fine.
5.0Clean as a whistle!
− 1. Narrow bed- not queen size- but that said, it’s a good mattress. 2. Entry is difficult and dangerous. Lower/outer door doesn’t want to open, and leads immediately to a very steep and very narrow staircase with NO railing! With luggage, if anything goes awry, you and/or the luggage will wind up in a heap at the bottom. Again, smooth walls, no railing ( and, frankly, no room for a decent railing). Photos below are the “Stunning views”
