8.0Die Lage und der schöne sehr gepflegte Garten. Sehr ruhige und entspannte Anlage. Das Haus war trotz frischer Temperatur angenehm warm.
− Die Türen im Innenbereich sind nur schlecht nutzbar. Das Tor außen ging überhaupt nicht aufzuschließen. Der Geruch im Schlafzimmer.
