Die Wohnung war für meinen Urlaub perfekt.
9.0Die Lage der Wohnung war zentral. Man konnte fußläufig ins Zentrum laufen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe vorhanden.
− Ungewöhnlich war für mich, dass die Wohnung ebenerdig direkt am Bürgersteig ist. Beim Lüften konnte von außen in die Wohnung gesehen werden. Was für Leute mit Gehbehinderung aber wieder perfekt ist, da keine Stufen vorhanden sind. Trotzdem würde ich die Wohnung wieder mieten, wenn ich in Emden bin.

8.0Es war alles sauber. Man konnte,schnell zu Fuss in die Stadt. Nachts ist es ruhig. Temperatur in der Wohnung gut trotz extremer Hitze. Bei Ankunft Vermieter wegen einer Frage,schnell erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Ausreichend Drogerieartikel wie z.B. Toilettenpapier oder Handseife, usw. WLAN gut. Ausreichend Geschirr. Immer Parkplätze zur Verfügung direkt vorm Haus oder in nächster Nähe. Nette Deko. Jalousie als Sichtschutz zur Straße.

8.0Die Lage war super. Für eine Woche kann man ist das Apartment super für zwei Personen. Alles in innerhalb von 15 Minuten in Emden gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
