10.0Sehr schöne Lage, ganz nah am Zentrum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets darum bemüht, dass es uns gut geht – wir wurden hervorragend betreut. Das Appartement ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. Für den Preis eine wirklich tolle Entscheidung. Es hat uns bei euch sehr gefallen!
− Es wäre schön, wenn die Küchenausstattung etwas umfangreicher wäre. Außerdem wäre es hilfreich, wenn bei einer nächtlichen Anreise das Wandbett oder das Sofa bereits schlafbereit vorbereitet wäre.
Fair price for a good location - however avoid these two possible confusions!
7.0The price-performance ratio for Stockholm area is one of the best discovered on Booking.com. The flat is clean and equipped with everything that is needed.
− We did not like the fact, that according to the information given a check-in is possible until 22:00. This is wrong. It is definitely possible to do a late check-in with the code received. We asked explicitly the owner in advance. However, to have this possibility one needs to do the booking beforehand and in order to be safe, we booked with the possibility of cancellation. Because of this, we spent 1000 SEK extra. Second thing we didn't like, is the SMS we got with the offer of a late check-out: "Hi Robert! I would like to share the cleaning company’s offer regarding late check-out. They charge 500 SEK for express cleaning and this allows you to stay in the apartment until 1 pm tomorrow. Please let me know if you wish to have this! The offer is valid only today." It is important to note EXPLICITLY that the room will be cleaned anyway and is just about the late check-out. We thought if we do not accept the offer, we would be obligated to clean the room by ourselves, so we asked in what condition will the room be expected. We got no answer from the owner! The way the SMS has been formulated leaves room for misinterpretation and one can think that if the (optional) room cleaning gets booked, a late check-out is given as an additional benefit. The SMS should be reformulated, so one knows what will happen if the offer does not get accepted!
