Dobra lokalizacja,mieszkanie położone blisko ścisłego centrum,dobrze wyposażona kuchnia,nie natrafiłam na karaluchy w mieszkaniu

− Zaniedbane mieszkanie,wadliwe piloty od wentylatorów,nie zamykające się okno przez co można czuć się mało bezpiecznie(szpara między okiennicami przez co w nocy słychać hałas z ulicy),instalacja elektryczna na wierzchu(zwisające żarówki i kable wystające ze ścian),bardzo słabe ciśnienie w prysznicu,pajęczyny na ścianach i suficie,spleśniała zasłona prysznicowa,nieodkurzona podłoga,brudna kanapa,dziury w ścianach.

− Al apartamento le hace falta mantenimiento, muchas cosas sin funcionar, como luces, aire, la ducha no tiene presion la manguera de la ducha esta antigua, no hay armarios y perchas suficientes, no hay horno y lo peor es la recepción, no es clara e intentan cobrar dinero como sea....

Good location, and that's probably the only good thing about this terrible apartment

− 1. Scam They pushed me and insisted I meet at 11am to get keys and then they said I need to pay early check in fee 30 euro - only cash and no invoice. After 3 pm would be 30 euro too for late check in. I wasn't charged the money after booking.com intervention. 2. Check in A guy was rude and angry. Apartment wasn't ready. They told me I can leave my stuff and I have to come back later. I asked for 10 min to change and they said "No, no 10 minutes. 5 minutes and you go." 3. Customer service There was nothing hospitable, kind or civil. They were rude and offensive anytime I contacted them. I WAS CALLED "A FOOL" by the customer service! I called them many times about broken things in the apartment and each time their attitude was absolutely unacceptable. 4. Fans and temperature There are 2 big ceiling fans in the apartment and NONE of them works. The cable hang off the ceiling. The temperature was unbearable. August in Barcelona, 38 degrees outside. No fans, no aircon. The host said that maybe after the weekend they can fix it. I stayed from Thursday to Mind. Ofc, they didn't fix it. 5. Apartment It looks NOTHING like on the pictures. Maybe just orange pillow are the same. NOTHING ELSE.

− Logement dans un état plus que douteux : cafards, tache, câbles apparents, eaux chaude pas activée, hurlements dans la rue en pleine nuit ! La TOTAL pour gâcher le séjour !
