10.0Location, view, peace, serenity, cleanliness, hygiene, courteous staff, environment friendly practices, awesome construction, gentle lights, soothing music.....a perfect getaway for people seeking vacation from chaotic city life. Rejuvenation and recharge needed to go back to life.
Poor service not expected from ITC
2.0The location and the property itself are very nice, with a pleasant atmosphere and good potential.
− Restaurant orders were frequently delayed, which made dining frustrating. In the room, the window locks were broken, raising concerns about comfort and safety. On top of that, several staff members were unresponsive or slow to act when requests were made, which added to the inconvenience.
